Model Files & Releases
Coinfinity model files are distributed through controlled Google Drive links. This documentation is the source of truth for release notes, file naming, and which file set is current.
Do not upload STL or 3MF files directly to this GitHub documentation repository. Large binary files should stay in Google Drive so access can be managed, revoked, and audited without bloating the docs repo.
Current Release
Current release: TBD
Release date: TBD
Download folder: Google Drive link pending
Status: Current reseller release
Use this release for all new production unless Coinfinity provides written approval to use a newer preview build or older legacy file.
What’s Included
Each release should include the complete production file set for authorized resellers and licensed makers:
- STL files for slicer-agnostic use
- 3MF files for prepared print profiles, where available
- Product-specific notes for stackers, bins, lids, bases, and accessories
- Any required print setting changes from the previous release
If a product is not included in the current release folder, do not assume an older file is still approved. Contact info@coinfinity.us before producing it.
File Naming Rules
Coinfinity model files use short product codes in the file name rather than semantic versions.
T= tubeC= cap- The middle number identifies the product size or family, such as
45. - The final segment identifies the release date, revision, or internal build code.
Examples:
T-45-02122026= tube file for the 45 series, released or revised on02122026C-45-02122026= cap file for the 45 series, released or revised on02122026T-45-xxx= tube file for the 45 series with a pending or internal revision code
Release notes should reference the exact file names included in the Google Drive folder. Do not rename files independently unless the release notes are updated at the same time.

Access Control
Google Drive sharing should be limited to authorized reseller or licensed maker accounts. Do not use public, unlisted links for production files.
When access is removed from a reseller, remove their Drive access as well. The docs may describe the release history, but the actual STL and 3MF files should remain gated.
File Integrity
For important releases, Coinfinity may publish checksums for the release archive or individual files. This helps resellers confirm they downloaded the correct version and did not accidentally use a stale local copy.
Recommended checksum format:
SHA256 filename.stl <checksum>
SHA256 filename.3mf <checksum>
Checksums are optional for early releases, but recommended once reseller production volume increases.
