Approved Magnets
Coinfinity products use ceramic (ferrite) magnets for modular stacking. Neodymium magnets are explicitly not used — they’re too strong, can be dangerous, and are not needed for the stacking system to function.
Approved Sources
Either of the following is acceptable. Both are equivalent 25×4mm ceramic disc magnets, Grade 5, ~2800 Gauss:
- X-bet MAGNET — Amazon ASIN B01BX1MC6Y (primary)
- Ultra-Strong Ceramic Magnets — Amazon ASIN B0G4DTL59M (alternate)
Both ship with a “dimple” on one side to denote N/S polarity — this matters for stacking direction (see public docs).

Insertion, Polarity, and Print Process
For magnet insertion timing, pause-at-layer setup, polarity orientation, and printing tips — refer to the public Coinfinity documentation: coinfinitydocs.com/docs/magnets.
The public docs cover everything you need to know for the printing process. This page only documents the sourcing requirement for resellers.
Safety
Magnets are mandatory for all Coinfinity products under both Model A and Model B. The stacking system depends on them.
- Keep magnets away from electronics and magnetic media during printing/packing
- Pack securely to prevent magnets in the bin from interacting with each other during shipping
- Include standard “do not swallow / keep away from children” warnings per your platform’s requirements EOF
