Packaging Specifications
Packaging is part of the customer experience. For Model A, the shipment should feel like a Coinfinity product sold by an authorized reseller. For Model B, packaging can use your own brand, but Coinfinity attribution still has to be clear.
Packaging artwork, box specs, inserts, and packing instructions live in the Partner Resources Google Drive folder:
Use the files in 05_Packaging/ unless Coinfinity gives you written approval to use a newer preview file or a custom variant.
Model A — Authorized Coinfinity Reseller
Model A orders must use Coinfinity-spec packaging.
Required
- Coinfinity-approved box size, label format, and packing layout
- Coinfinity-designed business card or insert in every shipment
- Product protected against movement, scuffs, magnet impact, and NFC chip damage during shipping
- Packaging that does not hide or replace the Coinfinity brand
- Any reseller business name must be secondary, such as “Sold by [Your Business]”
Not allowed
- Generic packaging that makes the product look unbranded
- Packaging that presents your business as the primary product brand
- Modified Coinfinity artwork without approval
- Missing business card or insert
Model B — Licensed Maker
Model B sellers may use their own packaging, but Coinfinity attribution is still required.
Required
- Your brand may be primary on the box, insert, and shipment materials
- “Designed by Coinfinity” or equivalent attribution must appear on the product, packaging, insert, tag, or listing
- Product must be packed securely enough to avoid shipping damage
- Do not imply that you are an Authorized Coinfinity Reseller unless your agreement says so
Recommended
- Include a small attribution line on the insert or label
- Include a link or QR code to
coinfinity.usorcoinfinityapp.com - Keep packaging quality consistent with the product price point
Business Card Insert
For Model A, the Coinfinity-designed business card insert is required in every shipment. The current print-ready file is in:
05_Packaging/Business_Card_Design/
Do not recreate the card manually from screenshots or old exports. Always use the current print-ready file from Partner Resources.
For Model B, an insert is optional, but attribution is still required somewhere in the customer-facing materials.
Packing Checklist
Before shipping, confirm:
- Product is printed in approved material and color for the license model
- Magnets are installed correctly and cannot shift loose during shipping
- NFC chip is programmed and tested
- Product is clean, free of support material, and free of visible defects
- Required insert or attribution is included
- Box, label, and packing materials match the current Drive instructions

Expected contents include:
- Box specifications
- Packing instructions
- Business card or insert artwork
- Label or sticker files, if provided
- Archived versions moved to
99_Archive/
Always use the live file in 05_Packaging/, not a local copy or archived version.
